Fish 'n' Chips, Take 2

Hi, I'm not Troy McClure, and you might remember this dish from such places as Manly Beach. Any English foodie worth their salt and ketchup will certainly tell you that you have not had fish and chips until you've had some in Jolly Olde. Here testing this assertion is my good friend Kevin Z. His take? With enough grease, salt, and red-colored corn syrup, how can you go wrong? "Mmm, sustenance."
