Chiang Mai Flower Festival

A lovely local fair that is nationally known. The floats were exquisite, and there were all sorts of standing displays and competitions - orchids, roses, bromeliads, bonsai, cacti(!), you name it. And very interesting street food like these fried crustaceans.
