Mouse

Dave, a mate from a 3-day Mekong Delta tour, chowing down on a grilled field mouse. It had the consistency of a dark fowl meat (duck or even dark chicken meat) and the flavor was a cross between dark fowl meat and lamb, since it was prepared with mint. Quite delicious.
