You call that a meal? That's not a meal.

Now that's a meal! (Apologies to Paul Hogan) I cooked this kangaroo steak rare, and it was mighty delicious. Definitely one of the cheaper selections at the market (no, I didn't harvest it myself) at $5.90 AUD for this piece and a filet about 1/2 this size. I don't think anyone eats them here - I think it's just one step above going to New Orleans and ordering a nutria dish.
